So far I have not had a good experience. They are very difficult to contact, have have hidden stipulations that are not in any of the paperwork you sign such as needing a copy/photo copy of your driver’s license to have access to 24h access. If that was stated I wouldn’t have had to spend 45 minutes bringing it there and back home. I called the day after during their inconvenient hours and was told about the policy on needing a copy of the driver’s license that I provided straight away. I went back again tonight and I still could not get access. I hope this can be resolved because the location looks great, clean and secure from the outside of the gate. *Edit I appreciate the reply. I don’t think it’s wrong to need a copy of the tenants driver’s license for overnight access, I just believe that I should be notified in my email confirmation or in the paperwork letting me know so I don’t waste my time and fuel going over there to back out and head home. I hope this can be resolved.
